Day 11

Started off the day by making my mom a cappuccino. Boiled some water and made a mug of Barry's Irish. Went back to sleep and woke up later to finish fixing my tea. I was supposed to meet mom at 12:30pm at her new office for lunch, but I didn't actually end up getting there until around an hour later. She had a lot going on (seeing as she was overseas for a month, I was unsurprised) so we actually didn't end up leaving her office until sometime after 5pm. Her old office had a K-Cup machine. Now they have some other high-tech drink machine that uses pouches. There was Dove hot chocolate available, and my mom taught me how to use the machine, and added Milky Way foam on top for me! The brewing(can you call it that?) process was much more exciting than the actual drink. The drink was surprisingly... well, okay. I had a couple sips of some Bigelow Lemon flavored tea before we left her office and then had some Chinese tea at a little Asian bar/restaurant a block away.
