Day 27

Had the rest of Kristin's Eggos for breakfast (last 3) and a cup of greeeeeen tea!

Kristin, Devon and I went out to DW and skated half of it. Last time we went, Elise got maaaad speed wobbles coming down the hill at the end so I was so ready to take it without worrying about a grom skater. We took it, and.... IT WASN'T EVEN THAT FAST! Hahaha I swear it was like 15 or something! Oh well it was cool. Kristin started behind me and ended up overtaking me. It's probably because she's bigger and weighs less than me hahaha. Devon air braked the entire time down so she was lagging. We all made it back in one piece.

Got back to Kristin's house and then ordered her some blue venom barrels. She's been running blue cone top, blue elim on bottom. We're going to see how it goes with the barrels. She's running some Paris 180s on wedges, topmounted. Her setup should be super sick (pumping MONSTER!) when she breaks in those barrels. Also helped Devon order pads from XSportsProtective and Sabre bushings (to pay me back), hardware, speed rings, spacers and a skate tool from LongboardSkater. She also filled out her Ian Tillman sheet for a free helmet. She'll be super ready come Fall '10! Devon looks like she's turning better so the Sabres must have broken in.

My aunt then came to pick me up to take me to Cape Cod. We got talking about my cousin. My cousin earlier that week said that her dad suspended her World of Warcraft account because she got a D and a C on some quizzes so I was like "Oh okay but schools is out its not like you can get a better quiz grade". But my aunt told me something else. Apparently my cousin's been meeting boys online on WoW. She talks to them in the middle of the night on her cell and texts them all the time, running up the bill. Or something like that, her dad figured something was fishy when he saw the bill and saw that there were hundreds of minutes being used in the wee hours. My aunt said that he lived in some place where it must be morning where it's night here. I asked if it was long distance and she said no, so it must be some guy from the west coast or something. Anyway, my aunt said that my cousin speaks to these boys like they've known eachother forever and were dating. She was also talking to two boys at a time. My aunt and uncle always read those stupid news articles about how some kids meet over MySpace and elope and run away and stuff, so my uncle told my cousin that he'd pay airfare for her "boyfriend" to come so they could meet him in person. Then she said that they wouldn't like him because he's Mexican and has tattoos. Um, HELLO?! TATTOOS? My cousin is 14. Idk the laws in other states, but if you have a tattoo--no, TATTOOS at the age of 14, you can't be bad news. So then my cousin called her guy and broke it off, saying that she only wanted to play WoW with him, not be his boyfriend. Then a couple days later they found out she called him back because she missed him or something. And 2 weeks before she was cut off from WoW, she apparently met some other guy. Her parents found her phone in the baby's crib... all this weirdo stuff. Anyway, it sounds like my cousin isn't living a very healthy lifestyle because she doesn't go out. She didn't even want to leave the house to go to the car and enter in Kristin's address into the car's (built in) GPS earlier in the week.

I ended up drinking half a bottle of this NAAASTY tea. Hansen's unsweetened black tea with lemon... DON'T DO IT. I couldn't even bring myself to finish it. IT IS SO AILCJAD;LKSJAIWE DON'T DO IT!!!!
